Made to order, crafted for your space

Our tiles are made to order. Please allow 7–14 days for production before your order is ready for dispatch. This is the time needed to make your tiles, not the total time until delivery.

Production and delivery are separate

Your overall lead time includes production plus shipping to your destination. Transit time and delivery costs depend on your location and the size and weight of your order. Contact us with your delivery address and required quantity for a shipping quote and estimated arrival timeframe before ordering.

Custom projects

Planning a bespoke pattern, palette or mosaic? Share your drawings, dimensions and requirements with us before placing your order. We will confirm the project details and whether the standard 7–14-day production timeframe applies to your commission.

Secure international shipping

We arrange international shipping with protective packaging suited to fragile tiles. Please contact us to confirm delivery availability and shipping arrangements for your destination. Access restrictions or special unloading requirements should be discussed before dispatch.

Sample orders

To explore a color and finish before committing to a larger order, contact us about sample availability, pricing and delivery. We will confirm sample preparation and dispatch timing separately. A sample is a guide to the handmade character of the tile; individual tiles and batches can vary in shade and texture.

Receiving your tiles

Inspect the packaging and tiles on arrival. If you notice damage, photograph the packaging and affected tiles, retain the packaging and contact us promptly so we can help assess the issue. Plan your installation after your tiles have arrived and been checked.
